Front Door First quality Teak Wood Paneled Door Varnish Finish. Other doors are with Teak framed with panel doors and paint finish Safety Grill for main door



Windows

Teak window with glass shutters and M.S. Grills and paint finish Safety Grill for main door



Ventilator

Teak Wood for Ventilator with louver type



Kitchen

RCC Loft Open Type. Cooking Plat form slab with granite top with stainless steel sink. Cooking Plat form wall with colour glazed tiles (colour and design is your choice). Gas Cylinder Arrangement



Toilet

Anti-skid the Flooring. Glazed tiles up to 7’0” height. One both rooms I.W.C and one bath room E.W.C (Colour your choice). Wall mixture for one bath rooms and taps. Bath room doors syntex (Colour and design your choice)



Electrical

Fully concealed wiring with PVC pipes using orbits wires with necessary points for light, fans, fridge, water heater, A/C. (Switches Anchor modular)



Painting

Painting inner walls with two coats of ace interior emulsion. Outer side Ace Exterior emulsion two coats, doors, windows, grills two coats of enamel paints( All painting materials are use Asian paints colour your choice)
