2’-0” wide cooking platform finished with Granite slab with stainless steel sink above kitchen platform wall tiles dado up to 3’-0”.

Doors & windows:

All internal doors are country wood frames with flush shutters.

Toilet doors are P.V.C. frame with shutters

Main door T.W. frame with teak wood panel

Shutters:

All windows are country wood frame with shutter finished with 4mm thick pinhead glass.

Grill work:

All windows providing M.S. grill work as per promoter design

Painting work:

All internal and external wall and roof surface finished with cement paint, color approved by architect.

Lofts:

R.C.C. loft laid at the level of lintel in all bedrooms 1’-9”and kitchen 1’-6” wide

Cupboards:

4’ wide in all bedrooms and kitchen.

Sanitation & Plumbing:

Parry ware I.W.C in common toilets, E.W.C. in attached toilets.
