1. VITRIFIED tiles (2’ x 2’) flooring in living, dining, Bedrooms & kitchen CERAMIC tiles flooring in the toilets.



2. 8’’ x 12” glazed tiles on toilet walls up to a height of about 7’0” and above the kitchen platform up to a height of about 2’0”



3. Polished black GRANITE for kitchen table and Stainless steel sink with drain board.



4. METRO chromium plated bathroom fittings.



5. PARRYWARE ceramic IWC (white) in one toilet and Parryware ceramic EWC (White) with PVC low level cistern (white) in another toilet.



6. Main door frame is of teakwood with teakwood panel door with varnish finishing.



7. All other door frames of treated country wood (Kong) with flush shutter & Skin door of Hardcore painted in white or Dawn Colour. And Windows are Imported UPVC with Plain glasses.



8. All door fittings of ANODIZED ALUMINUM except a lock on the main door.



9. Door and windows painted in Dawn colour and with glass shutters.



10. Interior and exterior walls finished with ASIAN ACE emulsion paints.(with wall putty)



11. Staircase with Ultra Tile and G.I pipes handrails.



12. Concealed plumbing using U P.V.C and P.V.C pipes external plumbing using PVC pipes and Fittings,soil and water line system using PVC/ AC/S.W.pipes.



13. Bedrooms and kitchen provided the cupboards –each one.



14. One bore well of 5 inches diameter and one sump for metro waters.



15. One wash basin (white) in dining hall and one wash basin (white) in toilet.



16. Overhead tank with water supply from the sump with two pumps / motors.



17. Concealed THREE – PHASE electrical wiring with switches and main board.



18. Plot form in all side.



19. Compound wall on four sides with M.S gates in front.



20. Weathering course in open terrace.
