With a turnover under INR 100 million, we have delivered over 1 Million sq. ft. of residential and commercial spaces. We are one of the pioneers to have constructed and delivered grade – a commercial structure for IT companies in Chennai. Currently, we are in the process of developing 150,000 sq. ft grade – an I.T park/commercial building. Our land bank has acquired more than 250 acres on the growth corridors of Chennai and an additional 250 acres in the other parts of Tier II and Tier III cities of Tamil Nadu.
