Structure

RCC Columns, slabs, beams, column footings. 9" & 4 1/2" thick brick walls plastered smooth on the inner side and rough on the outer side and painted with cement paint.



Height

Ceiling height will be 10' from the floor level.

Ground Floor height will be 3' from the road level.



Joinery

Main Door will be Teak Wood and finished with Varnish. All internal doors will be finished with enamel paint

Provision to fix Split Air-conditioner, Television and Telephone points Niche for wardrobes and loft if required

Ceramic skirting 7 feet high on walls (8" x 6" plain series) - @ Rs 30/SqFt Parryware Sanitary ware (White Only) or Equivalent Heavy duty PVC pipes where required, power points for Geyser, Hot / Cold, plumbing 20"x16" bracket mounted wash basin (ordinary range) without pedestal Plumber -Tap Fittings or Equivalent



Electrical

Three phase supply will be provided for each unit

Switches & Cables will be Kundan or Equivalent.

Two way switches will be provided for fans and lights in all bedrooms.



Weathering Course

The open terrace will be finished with one course of pressed country tiles over brick jelly limete.
