Kitchen and Wash area-20 mm granite counters with half nosing for kitchen top on one side.

Stainless steel sink.

Swan neck pillar taps.



Doors, Windows and Ventilators:

Teak wood door frame ,with teak wood flush shutter for main doors.

All the Windows will have MS grills as per design.

All the window frames and shutters will be of UPVC with Pinned glass.



Painting:

Internal walls: Emulsion paint with Birla putty finish.

Varnish Paint for main Door.

Enamel painting for other Doors.

Enamel Painting for MS grills.



Plumbing and Sanitary:

Quality branded C.P.fittings.

CPVC pipes internally and PVC pipes externally.



Electrical:

Modular Switches,Anchor or Equivalent

Breaker and DB Box.
