Painting
All interior walls will be painted with one coat of primerone coat of putty and two coats of tractor emulsion paint, Doors and windows will be painted with one coat of praimer and two coats of enamel paint.Main door will be varnished on both sides. The outer walls will be painted with one coat of primer and two coats of exterior emulsion paint.

Anything above Rs.25/- shall be borne by the purchasers.One white colour European Water closet(parryware make or equivalent) with white colour wash basin will be provided in each toilet. CPFittings will be of parryware make / equivalent. Finolex/Equivalent make PVC pipes for external piping and Heavy Duty CPVC pipes for concealed piping will be used for all water lines.
