European water closet in all toilets unless specifically asked for indian water closet in the common toilet.

Main door - main door with teakwood frame & teakwood panels polished with good quality lock and brass hinges.

Bedroom doors – teakwood frames with decorative flush doors painted with synthetic enamel.

Windows – teakwood frame with ms grill and shutters / upvc windows with glass panels.

Raised cooking platform with granite top and stainless steel sink without drain board

Ground water bore well with sufficient depth to provide continuous supply of water - one for each block.

Individual overhead tank for each block interlinked andfitted with separate pumps.

Individual sump (about 14,000 lts capacity) with separate motor for each block in the parking area as additional storage.



Pathways & parking

Interlocking stones / pavement tiles will be provided in common areas and masonry compound wall with adequate number of m.s. grill gates. Adequate lighting will be provided in common area.
