Main door will provided with godrej mortise latch . Country wood french windows for drawing and dining room . Country wood windows with steel grills for windows and ventilators

Polished granite slab for the kitchen platform top fixed with stainless steel sink

Dadoing
Coloure design latest concept glazed tiles to height at 7’-0” in toilet walls and 4’-6” height . In kitchen walls and skirting tiles at 4” height for all rooms

Sanitation
Hindware or equivalent European type wall mounted closet and wash basin for toilets . Geyser provision with hot and cold piping system

Electrical
Three-phase connection for all flats with necessary fan, light and plug points Provided. A/C points for all bedrooms . TV and TP point in living room and master bedroom
Painting Acrylic/cement based putty for hall cum dining with plastic emulsion painting for all rooms internal walls and weather proof emulsion paint for all outer walls . Asian enamel paints for wooden joineries . Varnish finish for main door and non-corrosive zinc chromate paints for outer grill works
