Antiskid floor tiles of size 12"x12" or 8"x8" and wall tiles of size 8"x12" upto 5'-0" height for toilet and bath.



Staircase

Cement plastered staircase with handrail.



Kitchen

Polished cudappah Slab for platform. 8"x12" ceramic tile upto 2'-0" high on walls over platform. Single bowl cudappah sink.



Joineries

Padauk wood Frame with Both Side Teak veneer finish Flush shutter for Main entrance door.

Country wood frame with Flush shutter for the doors of Bedrooms and rear entrance in kitchen.

PVC Frame and Shutter for toilet and bathroom.

Aluminum Frame and sliding shutter with pin headed glass, embedded grills for windows.

Aluminum Frame with pin headed glass louvers for Ventilators.

All bed room and kitchen door will be provided with 2 lever Mortice lock and tower bolts.

Main door will be provided with 7 lever night latch, brass tower bolts, handles and eyepiece.



Painting

Internal walls will be painted with Two coats of Supercem or Snowcem or Equivalent.

External walls will be painted with two coats of water proofed cement paint.

Main Door will be provided with Varnish.

All the other doors except toilet and bathroom will be provided with enamel paint.



Sanitary/ C.P. Fittings

White coloured Indian Water Closet and White coloured wash basin.

“Plumber” brand or Equivalent C.P fittings for Wall Mixer, Bib Cock and Sink Cock



Electrical

Three phase supply. MCB fitted Distribution board, Anchor ordinary or Equivalent switches, wooden boxes, Hylam sheet board for switches.

Electrical points for Fans, Lights, TV, Telephone , Mixie and Grinder will be provided.



Storage

Bed room/Kitchen shelves with cudappah slab 3'-0" wide.

Bed room/Kitchen will be provided with concrete slab lofts of 2'-0" wide.
