Structure:



Earthquake Resistant RCC Framed Structure / Pile Foundation (Based on the Soil Test Report & Structural Eng. design). Basement height from existing road level to be 2'0 minimum. Pre- construction Anti termite treatment. Ceiling height within the apartment to be 9’8” finished floor to ceiling. Terrace parapet wall will be 4 ft.

The door frames to be second class Teak wood door frames with teak polish finish. The shutters to be Flush shutter with One side teak and one side laminate with SS fittings and Dorset/Acme/Godrej or equivalent locks.



Bedroom / Balcony Door - The door size to be 3'x 7’

The door frames to be wood polymer composite frame and with 35mm thk prelaminated ABS door shutter with Laminate with powder coated hinges with Acme/Dorset/Godrej or equivalent mortise locks.



Toilet Door:

Salwood door frame with ABS Flush door with Plastic coated painted inside and laminate finish outside with powder coated hinges with tower bolts and locks.



Windows:

UPVC sliding windows fitted with plain glass with necessary locks and painted MS Grills and with wire/mosquito nettings with a shutter.



Toilet Ventilators



UPVC/Aluminium Ventilators with translucent glass with provision to fix exhaust fan.
