FOUNDATION

Suitable open foundation will be provided based on soil conditions



STRUCTURE

RCC framed structure for beams, slabs, lintels, etc.

Brick work: 9" outer wall and 4-1/2" for inner wall

Cupboard using cuddapaah (4'0" – 5'0" length) in all the bed room

Plastering : Rough finish at outer, smooth finish at inner



LOFT AND KITCHEN PLATFORM

R.C.C loft of 21' wide at a height of 7'0" from floor level at one side in all the bed room and at two side in kitchen

Kitchen platform will be of black G20 granite at a height of 2'6" from floor level

Diamond stainless steel single bowl sink with single drain board



ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING

Modular switches: LEVIN switches, Polycab or orbit wires,A/C Point for all bedrooms, 5Amps at every switch box, 6nos of 15Amps provided,

TV point for hall and master bed room provided, switch points as per customer choice will be provided with conditions

EWC or IWC color (customer choice) basic model (Parryware)

Mixed tap with cold water and hot water provided with shower (Parryware)

PVC pipe for external and CPVC pipe for internal concealed pipe

Two ceramic wash basin



DOORS

1st quality teak for main door with polishing,godrej lock with 4 keys and brass coated fittings provided for main door

Other doors: 2nd quality teak frame with premium flush doors,normal lock with 3 keys and aluminum powder coated fittings provided

Toilet: PVC door single panel

Windows: 2nd quality teak for frame and shutters

Windows with grill and aluminum powder coated fittings provided

Safety grill will be fixed for main door

UPVC sliding doors will be fixed for french windows



FLOORING

2x2 vitrified tiles @ 50/- for flooring and whereas for toilet 7' height wall tiles and kitchen 2' ht wall @ 40/- tiles provided



FOR STAIRCASE

Shabaath stone will be fixed with nosing



FOR CAR PARKING

Paving stone (I- shape) will be laid



PAINTING

Inner wall: 2 coat wall putty, 1 coat primer, 2 coat tractor emulsion

Outer wall: 2 coat cement paint, 2 coat of ace emulsion

Doors and grill: synthetic enamel paint



STAIRCASE

Steel pipe with black enamel painting will be fixed as hand railing



WEATHERING

Lime brick jelly 6" x 6" with top covered by weathering tiles
