Building:
The complex will be built in accordance with the details of the working drawing prepared by our consultants based on the sanctioned plan. The structure and foundation shall be decided by our consultants based on the soil and other requirement.
Flooring:
Flooring will be 24â€x24†tiles with skirtin
Kitchen:
One platform will be provided on the side of the kitchen has shown in working drawing including stainless steel sink with drain board and top will be covered by granite slab and wall tile height 2’0â€. The platform breadth will be 2’0†sink size 3’0â€x1’6â €.
Door and Windows:
The main door will be teak wood frame with flush door and all internal doors will be commercial flush door. All window frames are used in aluminium with MS grill work.
Lofts and Cupboards:
Loft will be provided all the bedroom and kitchen, cupboard having size of 3x7. Door and shutters are not provided for cupboards, loft and wardrobes
Painting:
All walls will be painted with plastic emulsion finish, all the windows, doors, frames etc will be painted with enamel
Roofing:
Roof of top floor will be weather proofed with pressed clay tile
Sanitary Works:
One wash basin(white), one shower and one IWC(white) or EWC(white) will be provided in one toilet and one EWC(white) in another toilet will be provided. One hot and cold point in common toilet. Bathroom wall tiles height up to 6’0†will be provided. One common septic tank will be provided.
Water Supply:
The internal water supply shall be arranged from overhead tank and separate connection with taps shall be provided for each dwelling units.
